Every store is an island.
Each location's POS keeps its own stock, prices and sales. Seeing the whole business means exporting, merging and guessing.
Early access — free
GrapeNode connects your stores, your team and your business apps in one workspace — one sign-in, one set of numbers everyone trusts. Our first app, Liquor, turns every store's POS into a live, multi-store inventory.

Why GrapeNode
Each location's POS keeps its own stock, prices and sales. Seeing the whole business means exporting, merging and guessing.
Counts, restock lists and price tags live on paper and in files that are out of date the moment they're printed.
Enterprise systems cost too much, take months to roll out and still don't fit the way a small team actually works.
The platform
GrapeNode is the layer underneath your apps: who is on your team, what they're allowed to do and which tools your business uses. Every app on GrapeNode is built on it, so each new tool works the way the last one did.
Run each company as its own organization with its own data. Switch between them in one click.
Invite staff with a one-time code. Start with Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer, or build your own roles.
Choose which actions need a manager's PIN, like deletes and bulk changes, so mistakes don't slip through.
Install only the apps you need. Uninstall anytime; your data stays, ready for when you come back.
Every change is checked against the user's permissions on the server and logged on the way in.
In-app alerts and browser push keep everyone in the loop when someone joins or a role changes.
Install it on a phone, tablet or desktop like an app. Lose your connection and changes save locally, then sync.
The home screen pulls together widgets from every app, like today's shifts and a store overview, plus a setup checklist.
How it works
Every store, device and teammate is a node. GrapeNode connects them: POS data flows in from each store, and everyone on the team sees the same numbers as they change.

Liquor is inventory software built with multi-store liquor retailers. It reads each store's POS, merges everything into one catalog and tells you what to reorder, restock or clear out.
Each store's POS data becomes one product list, with stock, price, cost and monthly sales per store underneath. Mismatched names, sizes and barcodes become one row.
Seven stock-health signals, from Reorder to Clearance, each with a suggested quantity and a plain-language reason. Backed by up to 24 months of sales history.
Record breakage with a reason and up to three photos, resolve count differences one at a time or in bulk, and see what shrink costs you in dollars.
After every POS sync, your rules put what sold onto each store's restock list. Staff work the list, print it on a receipt printer and carry shortfalls forward.
Scan with the camera and keep counting with no signal. Each count is checked against the POS at that moment, and differences post as corrections in one click.
Design shelf tags with prices, barcodes and QR codes. Six coupon types, from buy-X-get-Y to case price. Print up to 2,000 labels at once.
Also inside: per-store staff access · custom fields and formulas · spreadsheet-style sheets linked to products.
The POS agent reads each store's POS and uploads stock and sales. No re-keying.
Yesterday's sales are already on each store's shelf restock list.
Stock health flags what each store should reorder, with a suggested quantity.
Scan bottles with a phone, even with no signal. Differences become corrections.
Pick products and a template, and print labels or coupons in one batch.
Automatic POS sync works with LiquorPOS through the GrapeNode POS agent for Windows. Any other POS can upload a CSV export. GrapeNode only reads your POS data and never writes back to it.
Apps
Liquor is the first use case. The same team, roles and devices carry over to every app you add.
Weekly schedules, hours, positions and templates. Publish the schedule and staff see today's shifts on their home screen.
Projects, priorities and checklists for the work that keeps the stores running.
The POS agent starts with LiquorPOS. More POS systems are next.
Ask in plain language and let the assistant run app actions for you, always with your confirmation before anything changes.
Pricing
All core features are included while GrapeNode is in early access. Paid plans will come later.
